Healthy Breakfast Ideas
Hi!
Sometimes I just stand in the kitchen wondering what I should eat for breakfast. Eggs or cereal? Toast or a smoothie? Well, today I'm going to share with you some healthy recipes for breakfast if you ever end up in the same situation as I did.

This one is my favorite out of all of them. Sometimes I like to eat the avocado toast alone or the fried egg alone or I'll eat them together if I'm really hungry, haha.
This also makes a delicious lunch and it's perfect to eat after a workout.
The way I like my eggs is when the egg yolk is still runny and the egg white is cooked and crispy around the edges. I also like to put some spices, like, barbecue spice and pepper.
There's not really much to do, all you have to do is toast two pieces of bread, cook your egg the way you like it, and make guacamole and spread that on toast.

The next breakfast idea is an omelet. I love an omelet because it is so easy to make and you can put anything inside, like even creamy spinach.
It's also super healthy and delicious!
Ingredients
1. 2 eggs
2. small amount of water
3. cheese
Method
I love a good bowl of oatmeal. It's delicious and healthy, and sometimes I like to add bananas to my oatmeal to make it even more delicious. Also, I have a banana oatmeal recipe, so if y'all want to see that, then comment down below! It's also a wonderful breakfast that fills you up for the rest of your day.
When I know I have a busy day ahead I like to make myself oatmeal because it keeps me full and energized.
Ingredients
1. 1/2 cup oats
2. 1 cup boiling water
3. Pinch of salt
4. Some cinnamon + sugar
5. 1 banana
Method

Ingredients
1. 2 eggs
2. small amount of water
3. cheese
Method
- Grease a pan and turn stove on highest heat.
- Whisk 2 eggs and add a small amount of water (adding water makes omelet soft and fluffy).
- Once pan is hot enough, throw egg mixture into pan and let omelet cook till small bubbles appear.
- Grate cheese and allow it to melt. Flip one half of omelet to other half to close it.
- Slide omelet onto plate. Top it with any spice you like and enjoy!

4. Some cinnamon + sugar
5. 1 banana
Method
- Throw 1/2 cup of oats and a pinch of salt in a bowl (use enough salt to bring out the most flavor).
- Add your boiling water and let sit til stiff.
- Once stiff, put in microwave for 5 minutes.
- Mix cinnamon with sugar and slice 1 banana.
- Once oats is cooked, throw into a bowl. Throw your cinnamon-sugar onto oatmeal and top with sliced bananas.
I like my oatmeal nice and creamy so all I did was add some boiling water before I put it into the microwave, and after.

My last breakfast idea is a smoothie. A smoothie also fills you up and you can use any type of fruit you want.
Ingredients
1. 1 banana
2. 100 ml milk
3. 50 ml greek yogurt
4. 1 tbsp protein powder
5. 5 ml honey (optional)

I found this recipe in a recipe book my grandparents gave me for my 12th birthday. One day I tried to make it and from that day on, it's always been a recipe my family and I have loved. Even my dad sometimes drinks it, and he's not really a fan of smoothies, so you know it's good, haha!
We did change the recipe a bit - you can add 25 ml lemon juice if you would like as well.
Now, I think that's it for this week's blog post. I hope you enjoyed it, and I hope these recipes helped you as well. Maybe I'll even come back to this post when I don't know what to eat for breakfast. Tip: these recipes are also great for after a workout. Thanks for reading, and stay safe! <3
