Delicious Coffee Chocolate Cake

Hi guys. So this year for my birthday my mom asked me what cake I wanted and I said that delicious coffee cake we made a few months before. I wanted to share this recipe because it tastes amazing. It's a soft, moist cake with a delicious flavor.

Ingredients
With my wet ingredients I like to mix with a hand mixer and add my dry ingredients very slowly while mixing. If you want to make a double layer cake, you just make another batter with the same amount of ingredients. Don't divide it in half. Some results might not be successful but when you get the hang of it, the result will be perfect.

Chocolate Craving Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Boiling Water ( You can use coffee here )
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt with a whisk very lightly.
- Mix egg, milk, oil and vanilla extract with mixer.
- Add dry mixture to wet mixture slowly and mix with whisk. Add boiled water and mix with a whisk til everything is mixed well.
- When mixed, pour batter in a greased cake pan.
- Bake cake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

This is how the cake looks inside. We put a whole tin of caramel in the middle and we put frosting on the top and on the sides. We also brought a packet of Whispers and decorated the top with it and sprinkled some pink and white sprinkles to give it some color. I hope you like this week's recipe and try it out.
