Quarantine Glow-Up
Hey everyone!
Sooo, I know it has been a while since I posted but I'm back again! For today's post I thought I might do something like a glow-up, because I'm sure everybody is lying in bed, watching something, hasn't washed their hair and their room is super messy ~ relatable!
But you decide it's finally time to be productive and get out of bed ~ relatable. Where do you start and what do you do? Well, you've come to the right place or should I say post (hahaha). OK, let's start.
H a i r ~
1. Wash your hair (tip ~ use shampoo on roots more and use conditioner on tips more. will give you better result)
~ The shampoo and conditioner I'm currently using
2. Don't dry hair too aggressively with towel otherwise it will frizz a lot
3. Make sure to blow dry hair with round brush and take your time
4. Brush hair gently and maybe try a new hairstyle
B o d y ~
1 Take a shower ~ wash your body with a moisturizing body wash and make sure it smells good too
2. When finished showering, moisturize your body with a good lotion
S k i n c a r e ~
1. Do your daily skincare routine
2. Do a face mask or nose strip or whatever you feel will work for you and make your skin
better
~ This product helps oily skin
3. After that, you can put on a little make-up if you want ~ remember to moisturize your skin before putting on any make-up
N a i l s & T o e n a i l s ~
Toenails x
1. Take off any nail polish with nail polish remover and cotton pad. Make sure to get everything off to avoid any old left over nail polish
2. Soak feet in warm water for toenails to be softer to work with
3. After you soak them push cuticles back to avoid it from growing over your toenails
4. Take a sharp pointed nail file and take any ingrown toenails out of corners of toes and do it with every toenail to avoid that from happening
5. Cut toenails short (not too short) and file them the way you like it
6. Dry toenails and buff them to give them a shine
7. After you've done every step, put a clear coat of nail polish on and then a nail design of you choice, remember to put a clear coat on top to avoid the nail polish from chipping off
8. Don't forget to moisturize for soft feet
Nails x
1. Take of any nail polish
2. Soak hands in warm water and push cuticles back
3. Cut nails to length you like it to be and file the way you want it
4. Buff to give a little shine
5. Try any nail art you've always wanted to try
6. Moisturize your hands when nail polish is dry ~ it'all make your hands nice and soft
H e a l t h y ~
1. Totally forgot to add this ~ brush teeth well before eating or drinking anything
2. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated
3. Remember to spend some time outside. Fresh air always does the mind good
6. The last thing you can do is just relax and take care of yourself by doing a Glow-up
Bye xx
