My Workout Routine!

I've been working out for the last few days and I wondered what to make my next blog post about. Then it hit me, I should do my workout routine. I love working out and since we have so much more free time, staying at home, I thought I would share it with you!
I've been working out for the last few days and I wondered what to make my next blog post about. Then it hit me, I should do my workout routine. I love working out and since we have so much more free time, staying at home, I thought I would share it with you!
First of all, I'll do a bit of cardio. So, I'll either run/walk on the treadmill or I'll go on the exercise bike for about 15-20 minutes. Sometimes, my mom and I like to go for a walk around the block during the mornings or afternoon. Also, some days I take it easy and other days I push myself to make my lungs and heart stronger because I have asthma.
After I do my cardio, I go on to ab workouts. Here they are:
30 sec each
2 x
~ Bicycle crunch
~ Flutter kicks
~ Super woman pulse
~ Plank cross toe touch
~ Plank twist
When you do these ab workouts for the first time, you will be stiff the next day, trust me, haha. I was so stiff that I couldn't even laugh at my dad's silly dad jokes.
I do these ab workouts as many times as I want to; it all depends on my mood. Also, if you guys want to know where I got these ab workouts from; I got it from Gabriella Whited's YouTube channel.
