4 Ways I Practice Self-care Every Week

Welcome back to this week's blog post! Today I want to share 4 ways I practice self-care every week and how these things help me with keeping a healthy mindset and staying happy.
I hope these inspire you to incorporate more self-care into your day or week because I believe self-care is really important and a great way to take a break from life to take care of yourself (which I've probably said it in a million blog posts before because I love ranting about self-care, lol).

4 ways I bring self-care into my week
 
skincare

 
I love taking care of my skin! It's just so refreshing to wash my face every night and apply products that will make my skin glow. I'm not going to lie, sometimes I skip a few days because I'm too lazy but I do try to do more skincare. When my skin is happy, I'm happy, haha!

pedicure
 
 
I prefer pedicures over manicures for some reason and I like doing it myself, although a day at the spa is probably the most amazing thing ever, I love doing my own pedicures.
My favorite nail polish colors are light blue, light pink, and white.

cleaning / organizing

Cleaning my room or organizing my closet is so much fun and I really enjoy it. I think it's a great form of self-care because I feel so much better when something is clean and organized plus now it's neat and organized!

journaling

Journaling is so therapeutic to me because any negative emotions or thoughts are all released once I write them down and get them out of my system, which is why it's one of my favorite ways to practice self-care and I try to journal every night before going to bed.
I totally recommend journaling if you haven't done it yet.
