Banana and Bran Muffins

Welcome back to this week's post! First of all, I just want to say, sorry for not posting last week, I was finishing a project and I didn't have time to type a blog post.
So, this week I'm sharing a delicious muffin recipe that's similar to the previous one but has an extra ingredient in it.
healthy banana and bran muffins
ingredients
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cup fine all-bran cereal
1 egg
1 1/4 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 small bananas (mashed)
method
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 12 cupcake pan.
Sif the flour, baking soda, salt, and all-bran.
With a whisk, mix the eggs, oil, vanilla essence, and bananas.
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients with a wooden spoon.
Spoon mixture into cupcake pan and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.
Add toppings like butter, grated cheese, or bovril spread and enjoy!
I love these muffins. Not to mention how healthy they are, especially because there's no sugar in the recipe. But you may add about one ablespoon of sugar which is what we did and the flavor of the muffins is so good.
My favorite topping is butter and grated cheese which tastes delicious!
