Easy Small Pizzas

Welcome back to this week's post! Sorry for not publishing last week, I was super busy with getting things together for my dad's birthday but I hope you'll enjoy this week's post!

Today I want to share a delicious recipe that I love to make for lunch and that's easy small pizzas with bread. It's such a delicious recipe that you can make with many toppings and you can build it just like a pizza!

ingredients

 

two slices of bread  

grated white cheddar cheese (or mozzarella, if you're feeling fancy)

bacon bits

green pepper

garlic

mixed herbs spice

method

Grease an oven-proof pan and preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Put two slices of bread on the pan and spread grated cheese over them.

Add bacon, green pepper, and garlic on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle some mixed herbs to top it off and bake in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes or till golden brown.

This is such a delicious recipe and super easy to make. Not to mention how good it is with soup, but if you are eating it with soup just add cheese, garlic, and mixed herbs and you'll have a delicious cheese-y bite with your soup (honestly the best combination ever). 

You may also use any type of bread, even the crust of a loaf of bread, as long as it's a slice of bread. 

If you prefer to add a sauce before the cheese and toppings then adding a little bit of tomato paste or Ina Paarman's tomato and basil pesto sauce is a great choice and will make these small pizzas taste even more amazing. 

If you don't have white cheddar cheese or mozzarella then gouda will work just as well! 

You may use ANY toppings like salami, ham, onions, olives, red peppers, chili peppers and so much more. 

I really enjoy the bacon with green pepper and lots of garlic which is the recipe I shared today.
