Cinnamon Roll Baked Oats

Welcome back to this week's post! Today I want to share a delicious recipe that became one of my favorites after the first bite!
I was scrolling through YouTube shorts when I came across this cinnamon roll baked oats and once all the ingredients were in the kitchen, I decided to give it a try and now it's one of my favorite things to make for breakfast! Let's start!
cinnamon roll baked oats
ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 banana
1 egg
1/4 cup milk (I used full cream milk)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp white sugar
method
Preheat oven to 190℃ (375℉) and grease a small dish or muffin pan.
Add all ingredients together in a blender (or hand mixer) and blend until everything is mixed.
Pour batter into small dish or muffin pan and bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.
To finish, add cinnamon and sugar on top!
notes
This is a wonderful recipe and it's pretty healthy too if you leave out the sugar on top. I love the flavor, texture and how filling it is. I used a silicone muffin pan which was big enough for two muffins.
At the end, to top it off, I mixed milk and icing sugar to drizzle on top for extra sweetness and it combined so well with the flavor of the muffin.
I used a blender but mine was big so the second time I made this recipe, I used a hand blender which worked just as well!
