Breakfast Banana Smoothie

Today I want to share a delicious banana smoothie recipe I like to make for breakfast! I love drinking it after I workout and it keeps me full till lunch. I do have another blog post that also has a smoothie recipe but my mom and I changed it a bit so today I'm sharing the one we're currently making. banana smoothierecipe serves 2


ingredients
 
400 ml milk
2 bananas (tastes best if it has brown spots)
2 tbsp plain yogurt
3/4 cup protein powder/shake (any flavor you'd like)
 
method
 
Pour milk in a beaker (or blender if you're using one) and add yogurt, protein powder, and bananas.
Blend all ingredients well with a stick blender. You may use a blender but I use a stick blender.

It's a pretty easy recipe and tastes delicious. My favorite flavor of protein powder is strawberry, the recipe also works well with a banana or chocolate flavor! The smoothie is also a good breakfast after a workout and will keep you full for half the day.
